In addition to making the pricing transparent, we will always communicate with you on any additional time and parts required above our fixed price. If it is necessary to order replacement parts or indeed replace the unit we will provide a quote to you first for your approval.
Our staff will also ask you to check whether the air conditioner or heating unit is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as this can save you unnecessary expense. We have long-standing and trustworthy relationships with all the major brands and can assist in describing the brand and model, the problem and making contact with the manufacturer.

Interest-Free Finance Available
QuickAir believes in making everything convenient for our customers, hence, we have 6-months interest-free finance option available to put you at ease. If you want more information please ask one of our staff and we’ll be happy to provide you more details and get the ball rolling on an application. An application can be done over the phone and in most cases we get same day approval. There’s a few eligibility criteria and some information you’ll need to provide to clear the credit path, but our staff will help you with all of this and make it as straightforward as possible. What if my unit is not worth repairing?
This happens from time to time, but if we find that your air conditioner or heating unit is too costly to repair and a system is required, we will provide you with a quote to supply and install a new one. Typically this happens when a unit is old, has been used without regular maintenance for many years or the original manufacturer simply no longer carries the part(s). QuickAir does not like to replace units unnecessarily and if there is an option to find an aftermarket part or a second part we will do this in preference, provided you agree. If you accept the quote, we will also provide you with full or partial credit of the initial booking fee, so you are not out of pocket.
